Three brands.
One app. One domain.

How a family actually moves through the product, with the exact URLs. SportsAgent is the company and the account. Courtside is the free product. Coach Ace is the paid product. Nobody ever leaves thesportsagent.ai.

The rule that makes it simple

One domain, one account

Coach Ace and Courtside are rooms in one house, not separate buildings. You never send anyone to a second website to upgrade.
Checked today: coachace.ai, coachace.com, getcourtside.com, courtside.tennis are all taken. That is fine, because you do not want them. Separate domains would split the login, break the session, and confuse the parent. The names are experiences inside the app; the address bar always reads thesportsagent.ai.

So when a parent wants Coach Ace, they do not go to coachace.ai. They tap "Unlock Coach Ace" and stay exactly where they are, signed into the same SportsAgent account.

The three layers

Who is who

Company · account

SportsAgent

the quiet parent brand

The company and the login. A parent never has to love this word. It is the account everything hangs on, like nobody buys "Bytedance," they buy TikTok.

Free product · acquisition

Courtside

free, forever

Live scoring, the family stands, the share link. The front door and the thing that travels. No subscription, viewing needs no account at all.

Lives at: /match/[id] (public) · scoring in-app
Every surface, every URL

The address map

One domain, paths for each surface. verified = confirmed live today. proposed = the repackage target, exact path to confirm in Brock's repo.

What the experience feels like

Three journeys

A. The family member who got a Courtside link

no account · free · the top of the funnel
1
A text lands: "Watch Liam's match live." The link is thesportsagent.ai/match/3f9k2a (a short share id, no login, opens on any phone).
2
They land in Courtside. The header reads Courtside with a small "by SportsAgent." Live score, the family thread, every point. No wall, no signup ask up front.
3
In the thread, Coach Ace is answering questions about the match. They tap one, ask their own. A few answers free, no login. This is the taste.
4
After a few, Ace caps: "Unlock Coach Ace to keep going." Tapping it opens /upgrade in the same app. They never go to a coachace.ai. They make an account and subscribe right here.

B. The parent scoring the match

free account · Courtside · creates the link in journey A
1
Signs in at /signin (free SportsAgent account), starts a match, scores game by game.
2
Taps Share. Courtside generates /match/3f9k2a and they drop it in the family chat. That link is what powers journey A.
3
Courtside stays free for them forever. Coach Ace and the development tools are the upgrade, surfaced gently, never blocking the scoreboard.

C. The subscriber living in Coach Ace

paid · $12/mo · the development system
1
Signs in, lands in Coach Ace: the AI chat at /coach, plus weekly focus, match log, points, tournaments, schedule.
2
It is all one product called Coach Ace. Weekly focus is "what Ace has you working on." Match log is "what Ace remembers." The AI is the front door to the whole thing.
3
Courtside is still right there when their kid plays. Same account, same app, no second login.
Your specific question

What shows in Courtside

What the family sees

  • Courtside-forward the header and the feel say Courtside, not SportsAgent. That is the name that resonates.
  • A light "by SportsAgent" small wordmark / footer. Enough for trust and continuity, not enough to confuse.
  • Coach Ace in the thread the conversion lives inside the match, as a participant, not a banner ad.
  • One CTA: "Unlock Coach Ace" opens the in-app upgrade. Never a new website.

The naming logic

  • SportsAgent = the company + the account. Quiet.
  • Courtside = the free product the family touches and shares.
  • Coach Ace = the paid product (AI + focus + log + points + tournaments). One name for the whole development side.
  • No fourth name weekly focus and the rest are features of Coach Ace, not products of their own.
The repackage

Current → Proposed

Right now it is not packaged this way. Everything sits behind one 30-day trial wall. The repackage redraws one line.

Today

  • One trial wall 30-day free trial, then $12 unlocks everything including Courtside.
  • Courtside is inside the wall so a cold share-link recipient can hit a signup / trial gate.
  • No clear free product the loop can't fully fire.

This is the build detail behind SA-PRICE-01. The engineering change is the auth/paywall boundary: move Courtside scoring + sharing to a free entitlement, gate Coach Ace + the dev tools on the subscription.
